About Tim Fordham
With over 20 years of international experience across restaurants, wine programs, and luxury hospitality, Tim brings a warm, world-traveled perspective to every project.
He has worked as a chef, sommelier, and manager in top London restaurants, helped build award-winning wine lists whilst working as Sales Director for the UK’s leading premium wine importer, managed fine wine and whisky collections for private clients, and even opened and successfully sold his own wine bar and shop in Brighton. He has a deep passion and knowledge for all things wine and hospitality; having visited vineyards across the globe, creating close relationships with winemakers and estate owners, whilst working with, and dining in, the world’s best restaurants.
Based in Haddonfield, NJ, Tim helps restaurants, bars, retailers, and private collectors create unforgettable experiences — from smart wine list design to staff training, events, and guest-focused hospitality strategies.
